Position: QS Engineer, Site Engineer, 3D Visualizer

1. QS Engineer:
   • Responsibilities:
     • Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
     • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost planning.
     • Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts.
     • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
     • Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
     • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
     • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel).
2. Site Engineer:
   • Responsibilities:
     • Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
     • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
     • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve technical issues.
     • Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
     • Previous experience in site engineering or construction management.
     • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
     • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. 3D Visualizer:
   • Responsibilities:
     • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.
     • Interpret design concepts and translate them into visually appealing presentations.
     • Collaborate with architects and designers to refine and finalize visual representations.
     • Stay updated on industry trends and software tools for 3D modeling and rendering.
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
     • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
     • Strong artistic and design skills.
     • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
